NICL AO Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
|
Generalist Officers:
- Graduate / Post
Graduate in any stream from a recognized University with at least 60%
marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST)
candidates.
Doctors (MBBS):
- M.B.B.S / M.D.
/ M.S. or PG – Medical Degree from a recognized University OR
- Equivalent
foreign degrees which are recognized as such by the National Medical
Commission (Formerly Medical Council of India) with the prescribed
benchmark.
Legal:
- Graduate / Post
Graduate in Law from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in
either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates.
Finance:
- Chartered
Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) OR B.COM / M.COM
from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the
degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates.
Actuarial:
- Bachelor /
Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial Science or any
other quantitative discipline from a recognized University with at least
60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST)
candidates.
Information
Technology:
- BE / B.Tech /
M.E. / M.Tech in
Computer Science / Information Technology/ MCA from a recognized
University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination

NICL AO Exam Pattern 2024

The
written exam will be conducted in two phases
- Phase – I:
Preliminary Examination online
- Phase – II:
Main Examination online
Phase-I: Preliminary
Examination (applicable for all disciplines except for Hindi Officers)
Preliminary
Examination consisting of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice Type Questions)
for 100 marks will be conducted
online (applicable for all disciplines except Hindi Officers). This test would
be of 60 minutes duration consisting of 3 sections (with separate timings for
each section) as follows:

Phase – II: Main
Examination online (applicable for all disciplines except for Hindi Officers)
Main
Examination will consist of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice Type Questions)
for 250 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 Marks. Both the Objective and
Descriptive Tests will be online.
Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer.
Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be
administered.
(i) Objective Test: The Objective Test of 3 Hours
duration consists of five & six sections for Generalists &
Specialists respectively for total 250 Marks

How to Apply NICL AO Online Form 2023?
|
- The application for online registration will be
hosted on the NICL website from 02 Jan 2024.
- Applications will be received online only.
- Upon registration, applicants will be provided
with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved
for future reference.
- E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the
application compulsorily.
- The last date for submitting online application is
22 Jan 2024.
