Age Limit as on 01/06/2020:- Minimum Age for JRF: 30 Years Maximum Age for NET: No Age Limit Age Relaxation applicable as per rules.
Eligibility :          Passed/ Appeared Master Degree in Concerned Subject with at Least Minimum 55% Marks for UR Candidates and 50% Marks for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.
UGC NET Exam 2020 Selection Process:-
Mode of Examination: The Examination shall be conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT) only. Pattern: The test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of objective type, multiple-choice questions. There will be no break between papers. Time Duration: For Both paper – 03 Hours
Paper I : 100 Marks : 50 Questions
MCQ: The questions in Paper I intend to assess the teaching/ research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, reading comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
Paper II: 200 Marks: 100 Questions
This is based on the subject selected by the candidate and will assess domain knowledge.

	How to Apply: UGC NET 2020 Online Form
Step-1: Apply for Online Registration using unique Email Id and Mobile No.           Step-2: Complete Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.           Step-3: Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph and Candidate’s Signature in JPG/JPEG format.           Step-4: Make payment of fee through SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway (Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking/Paytm) and keep proof of the fee paid.
Important Instructions           The photograph must be taken on or after 01.03.2020 preferably indicating clearly the name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with a cap or goggles.           The Candidate should put his full signature in running handwriting on white paper with Black Ink pen and scan for uploading.
