OIL India Ltd Recruitment Eligibility Details:-
Senior Assistant - I
Steno Typist Grade – VI:- Graduate in any discipline with Must possess Certificate in English Shorthand Course with minimum speed of 80 WPM and Computer typing with a minimum speed of 30 WPM and Must Have a 06 Month Diploma / Certificate in Computer Operation.
Hindi Translator Grade – VII:- Graduate in any discipline with Must have Certificate or Diploma in Hindi Translator Course and Must Have a 06 Month Diploma / Certificate in Computer Operation.
Junior Assistant - I
Clerk cum Computer Operator, Grade – V:- 10+2 or equivalent and Must Have 06 Month Diploma / Certificate in Computer Operation with Proficiency in computer with minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
Hindi Typist cum Computer Operator Grade – V:- 10+2 or equivalent and Must Have 06 Month Diploma / Certificate in Computer Operation with Proficiency in computer typing with minimum bilingual (Hindi & English) typing speed of 30 WPM.

Scale of Pay:- ·         Senior Assistant – I : Rs. 16,000 – 34,000/- ·         Junior Assistant – I: Rs. 13500 – 28000/-
Oil India Recruitment Selection Process: Selection process shall consist of Stage – I: Computer Based Test (CBT) and Stage – II : Skill & Proficiency Test, details of which are as under:
Stage – : Computer Based Test (CBT) Parameters % of Marks General English & General Knowledge/ Awareness 20% Reasoning, Arithmetic/ Numerical & Mental Ability 20% Domain or Relevant to Subject knowledge 60% Total 100% ·         All questions will be multiple choice objective type for a total of 100 marks ·         There will be no negative marking in CBT. ·         CBT will be bilingual i.e English & Hindi ·         Total The duration of the test will be 02 hours. Stage –II: Skill & Proficiency Test Parameters % of Marks Domain Related and Practical knowledge on the relevant subject 50% Practical & Hand- On Test 50% Total 100%
