Eligibility Details:-
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) : ·         BE / B.Tech in First Division with valid GATE Score OR ·         ME / M.Tech in First Division both in Graduate & PG Levels.
Research Associate (RA) : ·      PhD or Equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering / IT OR ·    ME / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / IT and 3 years of Research, Teaching & Design Experience with the publication of at least one research paper in SCI.

DRDO ITR JRF/RA Selection Process:-
The Selection Process will be on the basis of Interview. The Walk-in-Interview will be conducted through Video Conferencing via Google Meet, SMS will be sent to the candidates regarding VC Mode / Date / Timing of Interview.
Fellowship Emoluments:-
·         JRF : Rs. 31000/- per Month ·         RA : Rs. 54000/- Per Month
DRDO ITR JRF/RA Tenure:-
·         RF : The Post is Temporary and Max tenure is 05 Years. ·         RA : The Post is Temporary and Max's tenure is 02 Years.
