OSSC ASO Recruitment Selection Process:-
There Shall be a Written Examination (OMR Based or CBRT) of 300 Marks consisting of two papers followed by Viva-Voca test of 30 Marks. Then the Total Selection process will be 330 Marks.
Stage I: Written Exam Pattern:-

OSSC ASO Written Exam Syllabus:-
Paper – 1 (General Awareness):-
·   The questions in this paper shall be to test the candidate’s psychology and the general awareness. ·  Questions on reasoning, aptitude and general awareness on science, current affairs, geography, history of India & Odisha, Indian constitution, Socio-Economic Political Development, Human rights, fundamentals of Computer, etc. ·   The questions will be of graduation standard & objective type multiple choices to be answered in the OMR sheet or in an online test.
Paper II (Technical Paper):-
·  There will be separate questions in the respective discipline viz. physics, Chemistry, Zoology & Psychology, and Computer Science. ·    The candidates will have to appear the test on the specific subject as per their option exercised. ·   The questions in this paper will be of objective type multiple choices to be answered in the OMR sheet or the Commission at their discretion may adopt CBRT.
