NHSRCL Recruitment 2020 Eligibility
Senior Executive (Civil) : ·  Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description.
Senior Executive (S&T) : ·  Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communications/ Electrical/ Computer/ Information Technology, from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description.
Senior Executive (Electrical) : ·Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description.
Assistant Manager (General) : ·Degree in any discipline from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with minimum Four years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description.
Senior Executive (General) : · Degree in any discipline from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description.
Salary/Pay Scale
·         Senior Executive : Rs. 40000 – Rs. 140000 (E-1) ·         Assistant Manager : Rs. 50000 – Rs. 160000 (E-2)
NHSRCL Vacancy 2020 Selection Process
·  The selection methodology will comprise a three-stage process – CBT, Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination in Executive (Technical / Non-technical) category, · The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness. Candidates will have to pass through each stage successfully (including Medical examination).
Medical Examination
·    Executive / Technical: (Civil, Electrical, S&T, IT, Architecture, Property Development etc) Physically fit in all respects, Visual Standards – Distant Vision: 6/9-6/9 or 6/6-6/12 with or without glasses/contact lens. Near Vision: JI-JII with or without glasses. Color Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision should be normal. Lasik Surgery not allowed. ·   Executive / Non-Technical: (Accounts, Legal, Finance, Personnel etc.) Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards – Distant Vision: 6/9-6/12 with or without glasses. Near Vision: JI-JII with or without glasses.
Exam Centre
·  Candidates may give their test Center preferences among New Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai.
Security Bond
· The candidates selected for the above posts will have to execute a surety bond for an amount of Rs. 3,00,000 plus GST along with cost of training plus GST if any to serve the corporation for a minimum period of two years
