AGCL GET & MT Eligibility
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) : · First class BE / B.Tech with 65% or above aggregate marks in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical & Computer Science.
Management Trainee (MT) : ·  First class BE / B.Tech in any discipline with 65% or above aggregate marks. · Two years full time MBA in any stream from an AICTE / UGC approved institute.

Post Vacancy Stipend Mechanical (GET) 2 Rs. 25000/- Per Month Instrumentation (GET) 2 Chemical (GET) 1 Computer Science (GET) 2 Management Trainee 5 Rs. 30000/- Per Month
AGCL GET & MT Selection Process
·   Written Test to be scheduled later on. ·  Only short listed candidates who are found apparently eligible based on the details given in the application form will be called for written test and/ or interview. · Qualified candidates in the written test in 1:5 ratio will be called for a Personal Interview to be conducted by an Interview Board. ·  Medical Fitness Test of the selected candidates to be conducted by the AGC Medical Centre. ·  Candidates selected as GET & MT will undergo training for a period of one year. · On completion of the training period, the incumbent’s performance will be assessed and on the basis of this assessment they may be absorbed in the E01 scale of the Executive cadre. ·  Candidates selected as Management Trainees, after successful completion of the one year training period will be offered E01 Scale with one additional increment.
