- Degree in PG in Dairy Science / Micro Biology or equivalent
with 10 years’ experience in responsible position.

- PG in Dairy Science / Microbiology / Chemistry, Dairy
Technology or equivalent, with five years of working experience in
supervisory position.

Assistant
Manager :
- PG Degree in Dairy Science / Microbiology / Chemistry,
Dairy Technology or equivalent with two years’ experience of working in
an Institution / Company / Dairy Plant.

Accountant :
- Atleast IInd class PG in Commerce (with accountancy as one
of the papers in B.Com or M.Com) with 5 year experience on similar post.

Dairy Chemist :
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent with two years’ experience
in laboratory.

Boiler
Operator :
- A grade Boiler Attendance Certificate with two years’
experience. OR
- Should have B grade Boiler Attendance Certificate with 2
years’ experience.

(Civil) :
- BE (Civil) or equivalent / diploma in Civil Engg. With 2

RCDF Vacancy 2021 Selection Process
|
- The
Selection on the basis of Written
Exam and
Skill Test (If Applicable).
- The question paper shall be of objective type with 4
multiple choices / alternates as answers.
- For the post of General Manager, one mark will be awarded
for every correct answer and test duration shall be 90 minutes.
- For all other posts, two marks will be awarded for every
correct answer and test duration shall be 60 minutes.
- There shall be no negative marking.
