CSIR NCL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility
Junior Secretariat Assistant (General) : 10+2 / XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi). 35 wpm / 30 wpm Corresponds to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed for typing test is 10 minutes, which is qualifying in nature.
Junior Secretariat Assistant (Stores & Purchase) : 10 + 2 / XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi). 35 w.p.m. / 30 w.p.m. corresponds to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Junior Stenographer : 10+2/XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time
Driver : Pass in 10th standard. Possession of a valid driving license for LMV & HMV. Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle). Experience of driving a motor car for at least 3 years.
CSIR NCL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process
Junior Secretariat Assistant : Recruitment to these posts shall be made on the basis of result of open competitive written examination held from time to time from amongst candidates possessing minimum educational qualification of 10+2/ XII or its equivalent (with Accountancy as a subject for JSA (Finance and Accounts)) and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. While the proficiency in computer typing speed and in using computer will only be qualifying in nature, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.
Junior Stenographer : Recruitment to this post shall be made on the basis of result of open competitive written examination held from time to time from amongst candidates possessing minimum educational qualification of 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. Driver : Eligible candidates applying for the post of Driver will be invited for skill test. Those who qualify in the skill test will be invited for a written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.
