Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 3 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
Junior Engineer (IT) : 3 years Diploma in Information Technology.
Junior Engineer (Computer Science) : 3 years Diploma in Computer Science.
Junior Engineer (Mechanical) : 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Production Engineering.
Junior Engineer (Electronics) : 3 years Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
Junior Engineer (Civil) : 3 years Diploma in Civil.
Date Entry Operator : Bachelor’s Degree Pass With Minimum Second Class And 1 Year Diploma Certificate In Data Entry Operator/ Programming From Any Recognized Institute And Speed of 5000 Key Depression Per Hour In English And Hindi In Computer.

पॉवर कंपनी के परिपत्र क्रमांक 1384 दिनांक 11-06-2018 के अनुसार उपरोक्त शैक्षणिक योग्यता में कम्प्यूटर संबंधी मान्य अर्हता निम्नानुसार है :- (i) ऐसे आवेदक/आवेदिका जो यूजी.सी. से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से :- वी.ई. (कम्यूटर साईस/इन्फरमेशन टेक्नोलॉजी), बी.एस.सी. (कम्यूटर साईस/इन्फरमेशन टेक्नोलॉजी), बी.सी.ए. में न्यूनतम द्वितीय श्रेणी में स्नातक है अथवा न्यूनतम द्वितीय श्रेणी में स्नातक के साथ एमएससी. (कम्प्यूटर साईस / इन्फरमेशन टेक्नोलॉजी), एम.सी.ए. स्नातकोत्तर है। उन्हें कम्प्यूटर संबंधी योग्यता के लिए पृथक से अन्य प्रमाण पत्र यथा डी.सी.ए. / पी.जी.डी.सी.ए. प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक नहीं है। पॉवर कंपनी के परिपत्र क्रमांक 1384 दिनांक 11-06-2018 के अनुसार उपरोक्त शैक्षणिक योग्यता में कम्प्यूटर संबंधी मान्य अर्हता निम्नानुसार है :- (ii) ऐसे आवेदक/आवेदिका जो उपरोक्त (i) से भिन्न पाठ्यक्रम (Course) में न्यूनतम द्वितीय श्रेणी में स्नातक है, उन्हें कम्प्यूटर संबंधी योग्यता के लिये यूजी.सी. से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से निम्नलिखित पाठ्यक्रमों में से किसी एक पाठ्यक्रम (Course) में उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है :- कम्प्यूटर साईस / इन्फरमेशन टेक्नोलॉजी,मार्डन आफिस मैनेजमेंट में त्रिवर्षय डिप्लोमा अथवा आई.टीआई. से कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर एण्ड प्रोग्राम असिस्टेंट (COPA) व्यवसाय में एक वर्षीय कोर्स अथवा पी.जी.डी.सी.ए।
