Metallurgy (MT) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science).
Mechanical (MT) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production Engg)
Electrical (MT) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation/ Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation.
Ceramic Engg. (MT) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering.
Chemical Engg. (MT) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Administration / HR (MT) : Degree Preferably in Engg/ Physical Science and 2 years post graduate degree in MA (IR&PM)/ MSW (IR&PM)/MBA (HR) or equivalent.
Civil (MT) : 60 % marks in BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Safety (MT) : 60% marks in BE/ B.Tech (Industrial Safety) or equivalent.
Materials Management (Assistant Manager) : 60% of marks in BE/B.Tech and MBA Preferably in Materials Management / PG Diploma in Materials Management. Degree in law preferred with 2 years of Experience.
Corporate Communication (Assistant Manager) : 55% of marks in Graduation and Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication with 6 years of Experience.
Medical (Assistant Manager) : MBBS with registration in any State or Indian National Medical Council with 2 years of Experience.
