SSB Constable Eligibility Details
Constable Driver for Male : Age Limit : 21 to 27 Years Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board and Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence
Constable (Laboratory Assistant) : Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years Matriculation with Science from a recognised Board or Institution. Should have certificate in Laboratory Assistant Course from an Institution recognised by Central Government or State Government.
Constable (Veterinary) : Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years Tenth or Matriculation Examination pass with Science as main subject from a recognised Board or University
Constable (Ayah) : Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years Matriculation with science from a recognised Board or Institution. Possessing the first Aid Examination pass certificate from Red Cross Society or should be trained Dai. One – year experience in relevant field.
Constable (Carpenter, Plumber & Painter) : Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board. Two years work experience in respective trade; or One year certificate course from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the respective trade; or Two years Diploma from a recognised Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or similar trade; and Must qualify trade test.
Constable (Cook, Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Water Carrier, Waiter, Tailor, Gardner and Cobbler) : Age Limit : 18 to 23 Years Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board with. Two years work experience in respective trades; or One year certificate course from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade; or (iii) Two years Diploma from recognised Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade. Must qualify trade test.
SSB Constable Selection Process
SSB CT Selection Process will be on the basis of given Steps : PET / PST Exam Written Exam Documentation & Skill Test Medical Exam Final Merit List
SSB Constable Written Exam
Candidates declared qualified in PST will have to appear in Written Exam which will be conducted as per following : Common Entrance Test : For all posts CET will be of 02 hours duration and will be 100 marks, consisting 100 MCQ type Questions focusing on General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning and General Hindi / General English. Minimum Qualifying Marks of Written Exam for all posts will be : 50% for UR / EWS / OBC / ExS 45% for SC / ST Note : Final Merit List for all posts will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Written Exam only.
SSB Constable PET Details
For Male : 4.8 Km in 24 Minutes For Female : 2.4 Km in 18 Minutes Note : There is NO PET for Constable Ayah (Female) Candidates and ExS.
