APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2020: Selection Process
The Combined Competitive The examination consists of two successive stages:- (i) Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) (ii) Main Examination (written & interview)
(i) The Preliminary Examination
Paper I General Studies I 200 Marks 02 Hours Paper II General Studies II 200 Marks 02 Hours Total 400 Marks   ·         The questions will be of objective type with multiple choices. ·         There will be a negative marking of 0.25 Marks.
Main Examination (Written & Interview):
Qualifying Language Papers: (in the level of Class X) : 1 Paper A (300 marks – 3 Hours duration) – any one of the languages from Assamese, Bengali, Bodo. 2 . Paper B – English (300 marks – 3 Hours duration)
Papers to be counted for the order of merit (Written Examination)
